Enclosures Unlimited stands behind every product we install. Our warranty coverage and service call program reflect a standard we have held since 1966. If something is not right with your installation, we want to know about it. Contact us as soon as you notice a problem. The sooner we hear from you, the faster we can get it resolved. Our Warranty Coverage

All installed products come with a free on-site measurement and are backed by our product and workmanship warranty. Enclosures Unlimited provides a standard two-year seals warranty on all shower enclosures we supply and install. We stand behind all manufacturer warranties for hardware, protective coatings, and mirror backing. Warranty coverage applies to products we supply. It does not extend to removal and reinstallation services or installation-only projects where we did not provide the material.

Service Calls

We perform maintenance and repairs on shower enclosures, mirrors, and other residential glass applications. Paid service calls are available for repairs on existing products installed by others or for materials that are out of warranty. Our service call program covers the full range of common maintenance needs:

• Replacing worn door sweeps from age and regular use
• Inspecting and replacing aging or deteriorated silicone seals
• Inspecting and repairing hardware issues. Parts covered under warranty are ordered at no charge
• Repairing glass applications we did not originally install, including issues from improper installation, leakage, or normal wear and tear
• Removing and reinstalling mirrors when construction or placement changes require it. Cut-downs are available at $25.00 per cut
• Inspecting and repairing other residential glass needs throughout your home

Service Call Pricing

Our standard service call rate is $200.00 for the first hour and $100.00 per hour afterward, billed in 30-minute increments. Here is what that rate includes:

• A $100.00 deposit is required to secure an appointment for out-of-warranty shower service calls. This deposit is non-refundable for cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice
• Labor and travel time to and from your property are not counted toward your hourly rate. You are only billed for time spent in your home
• Standard vinyl seals we carry in stock. Note that other manufacturers' seals may not be available as an exact match, but we will work to find the best solution
• Silicone and caulk as needed
• All tools and equipment. You do not need to provide tools or ladders

Parts not included in the service call rate and quoted separately as needed:

• New hardware that is damaged, out of warranty, or not originally supplied by Enclosures Unlimited
• Replacement glass for broken or damaged panels
• Parts we do not normally carry or stock

Removal and Reinstallation Services

Enclosures Unlimited quotes removal and reinstallation of shower enclosures on a project-by-project basis. Removal and reinstallation is sometimes needed when other repair or renovation work requires access behind the enclosure. We remove, store, and reinstall the glass after other work is completed to protect the panels throughout the process.

Pricing for removal and reinstallation depends on the style, brand, layout, and size of the enclosure. To receive a quote, send a photo of your shower along with a product link, brand name, or part number to info@enclosuresglass.com. We review and price accordingly.

Homeowners who purchase a new shower enclosure directly, such as through an online retailer or a big-box store, can contact us to handle the installation. Silicone is provided for new shower installations. Seals are provided and quoted separately for reinstallation of existing frameless enclosures. Note that Enclosures Unlimited does not offer a warranty on removal and reinstallation or installation-only services where we did not supply the material.
